— We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

— We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

— In case of order cancellation by Caty Look, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

— Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

— Caty Look is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

— Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

— Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

— Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
