Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
— The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
— The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
— All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
— Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
— Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
— Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
— Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
— Accessories such as jewellery, belts, and sunglasses (for hygiene reasons).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at catylookfashion3@gmail.com or call us at +91 9939318280 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 3: Attach clear photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Step 5: Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping charges may apply.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Store Credit: You may also opt for store credit, which will be added to your account immediately upon approval.
Bank Processing Time: Please note that your bank may take additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and preferred size/colour.
If the requested variant is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at catylookfashion3@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Caty Look is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
